Jwelogy – exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Jwelogy, we take pride in offering high-quality artificial jewellery crafted to elevate your style. If there’s ever an issue, our team is committed to offering quick and fair support.

Eligibility for Exchange / Cancellation

To ensure a smooth resolution, customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel from all sides

  • The entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses

  • The damaged, defective, or incorrect product, if any

📌 No exchange or claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.


Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective in the unboxing video

  • The wrong product, colour, or design is delivered

  • The product does not match the description or images shown on the website

Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Jwelogy will arrange the exchange after verifying the unboxing video


Return / Refund Policy

Jwelogy follows a strict no-return policy for all artificial jewellery.

A return/refund will be issued only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective and clearly visible in the unboxing video, and

  • A replacement/exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability on our website

Refunds will NOT be processed for:

  • Issues not shown in the unboxing video

  • Damage caused after opening due to customer handling

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

Refund Processing Time: 5–7 working days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Artificial jewellery is non-returnable unless damaged/defective in the unboxing video and replacement is unavailable.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products without the mandatory unboxing video


How to Raise a Request

To initiate an exchange or refund:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp at [your customer support details]

  2. Share your Order ID and unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange an exchange or process a refund (only if replacement is unavailable)


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • If a customer refuses delivery, shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)


Important Notes

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/missing product claims

  • Do not remove tags, try the jewellery, or discard packaging until the issue is resolved

  • Jwelogy reserves the right to approve or decline claims based on the evidence provided
